قال الرّسول -صلّى الله عليه وسلّم-: (إنَّ مِن أحبِّكم إليَّ وأقربِكُم منِّي مجلسًا يومَ القيامةِ أحاسنَكُم أخلاقًا ، وإنَّ مِن أبغضِكُم إليَّ وأبعدِكُم منِّي يومَ القيامةِ الثَّرثارونَ والمتشدِّقونَ والمتفَيهِقونَ، قالوا : يا رسولَ اللَّهِ، قد علِمنا الثَّرثارينَ والمتشدِّقينَ فما المتفَيهقونَ ؟ قالَ : المتَكَبِّرونَ)
